It may. Usually crows or ravens symbolize death. I dont wanna freak you out or anything, but there was one time when a black crow like that one (or whatever type of bird that is) sat on my roof for 3 days straight. Within a week of that there were a few deaths in my family. It might also be the soul of someone that died in your place. I dont know, I wouldnt be freaked out by it, it was probably an old spirtit. Your new place may even be protected.
