You need a goverment issued ID with the models name, date of birth and picture on that resembles the picture in the content. This ID has to be able to be verified by the issueing authority.

Probably going to be best to use overseas content, they can't start asking overseas goverments to check IDs unless they have some solid evidence it's not kosher.

You also need a document to prove when the content was shot. A model release is for you to assure yourself the content is legal for you to publis, the model has signed away her rights to publication. There are shooters who are shooting girls on "Tests" or "Castings" and then selling the content on.

How do you KNOW the content is legal? You have the documents to prove it.
