Jesus... get ZoneAlarm firewall (freeware), get Adaware and Spybot (both freeware) for cleaning the spyware, get windows xp or 2000 (they don't crash) and a decent antivirus program like AVG antivirus (free).

And get spamfighter for spam (outlook)
