I call it a reality check...whenever things are going too well I know that something is going to happen to screw around with it..when things are going too well we let our guards down and allow ourselves to be vulnerable b/c we are so "happy" I always give myself the "smack on the back of the head" to remind myself that life is not perfect and I need to remember that at all times..
