I know that most of the 250 fully faired bikes are all about on par.
If you're going to have a problem with the CBR it's going to be a head gasket...
If you're going to have a yamaha problem, it will be electrics.
Kawasaki is generally suspension/steering head bearings.
Suzuki is flawless.
