There is a reason why most kennels are outside of town..reason being..kennels = dogs, dogs = barking hence disturbing your neighbors.

You would also need to know a little something about dogs, how to tell if they are sick etc. You would also need a lawyer to write up a release for your customers to sign to relieve you of any resposibiity in case one of the dogs get hurt/sick.

Also, you would need to find a vet nearby and make arrangements so that if any of the dogs become ill/injured that you can take them there. Who pays if something like this happens? The owner? If it is the owner then you need to find a vet willing to do emergency care on dogs without the owners permission and who would be willing to do the work and wait for payment...which may nor may not come.

You would have to clean up a lot of dog shit, hose down the kennels at least once per day and to keep things clean and disease free. Dogs need feeding according to the schedules they normally eat, which can be 3 times per day for some. Many kennels also offer walking of the dogs etc. It isn't a matter of throwing up a bit of a fence and then start raking in the money without doing anything further.

Not trying to rain on your parade here, just being realistic. I know a bit about dogs and kennels.
yeah thats why im not doing this idea.. lol but come on, once the biz is started its pretty fuckign simple...
