look at ephedra, people got sued left and right over that shit. That does not mean that there isn't another ephedra like compound that a company has in their back pocket that is equally as dangerous.
A bottle of penis pills, of the highest quality, meaning it has a viagra like effect and people will keep buying it, is manufactured at a cost usually >$2.
so you get sued, you settle and move onto the next product and repeat.
There are legitimate companies out there where their claims are 100% legitimate and do things ethically.
back to the penis pill thing. L-arginine, which is a major viagra like stimulate, needs to be at 1000mg+ to be effective, which is technically dangerous.
Kong is one of the best formulas, we copied it basically. We do recurring billing and have a retention of 6 months on the average, meaning people are satisfied with the product. There are ingredients that are proven to give users a better sense of well being, a positive mental outlook etc.
Trimspa is an excellent example of a reputable product. Their success isn't based on false promises. Their product delivers what is advertised. Making these types of products is costly, an average of 25k just to have one formulated, labels,and minimum po's to satisfy factories. You can pay less for herbs from china and have a product cheaply manufactured to increase margins but the long term success I believe is in not cutting corners. It makes no difference if you're paying 1.50 per unit of low quality, or $3 per unit using the best.
basically, have some science, have legit doctors behind your products, and some ethics, and you should be ok.
Any time a product reaches mass distribution you will inevitably get sued. There is no shortage of people willing to fuck you.
