I understand this part of it, but I'm still always curious about the potential side-effect-related law suits. Re: Phen Phen (sp?) and shit such as that which ends up killing people.
I know most herbal products (especially those sold in the adult market) are relatively safe, and consist of 'time tested' herbs .... but the idea of selling something that is ingested by someone else just makes me sweat.
