You always hear about pharmaceutical companies getting seued / blamed for HORRIBLE side effects of new drugs, etc ....

Well what about Penis Pill / Herbal companies? Do they have different responsibilities because they are not FDA approved? What if someone dies and their family blames it on your pill?? How about the affiliate who made a cut of the sale?

This is something that I've wondered about for a long time.
