LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. -- Three teenagers have been arrested and charged with in a chemical cross burning in Lake Oswego.
Police accuse the three of pouring weed killer on the lawn of a Jewish family in June. The grass died, and the 15-foot cross clearly showed.
"I was numb, horrified. That was my first immediate reaction," victim Marcia Liberson told KOIN 6 News at the time.
Witnesses and clues led to the arrest of 18-year-old Francis Faragalli, 18-year-old Joseph Colett and a 17-year-old boy. The suspects are charged with intimidation and criminal mischief.
The incident sparked an anti-hate resolution in Lake Oswego. Several neighbors have since displayed anti-hate yard signs
