friend selling sites how do he calulate price
a friend of mines is selling his sites
50 black sites most are free sites, no tgps etc
he having hard time figuring out price for these sites can you help me help him out.
facts
50 sites
monthly imcome in winter between 2500-$3500 month
all on one server, bandwith a month only about $230 hosted on rackshack server.
few sites have top 10 yahoo listing for last 5 years.
how do u calulate such a price on domains.
25% of income for 6months any advice I can give him
