double jeopardy is INTENDED to mean that once you've been tried for a crime in ANY court, that's it. Over. Done with. Now they can hound you and hound you until you die.

Fletch, that bitch went to Tyson's room in the early morning hours, took off her panty shield in his bathroom and left it on the counter for him to see, PLUS she had already made false rape accusations before against other dudes. Totally unfair that this wasn't allowed to be brought up in court as I can't think of ANYTHING more relevant to credibility in a rape trial.
