I DO agree with this.
There's NO excuse for it at all.
However, if (and just imagine for a second) Kobe or anyone else is simply ACCUSED of rape, they are already scorned in the public eye.
Whether they are found guilty or INNOCENT, they will FOREVER be associated with it and they will never convince everyone that they didn't do it.
Their names are not withheld from the public.
