Now there is a possibility of a case being dismissed "without prejudice". If that happens then there is the possibiliy of reopening criminal charges if compelling new evidence is uncovered. It's an uphill battle for a prosecutor to get that and if they do uncover "compelling new evidence" they will have to get a convince a judge that it is strong enough to reopen the case, again, very uphill.

i still dont know why people arent going after this court clerk who jeopardized the entire case
