that's double jeopardy, nobody will ever convince me otherwise. We set a bad precedent with OJ. Now if the po po can't get you in state criminal, they'll go after you in federal criminal court. If they can't get you in either one of those, they'll go after you in state civil court. It's a never ending fucking cycle once they decide they want you, your life is fucked if you don't have several million to spend on Johnny Cochran.
This chick already took 20k from a victim's compensation fund. This rape accusation has never smelled right to me.
