ok i wanna answer - i read enough comments.
why you force people call to your dumb "support" (i read few times more then enought about nightmare what you call "support"- i dont wanna wait 5-10 minutes while someone said something like - can you please call to following number or something like this)?
why i should pay few hundred times more per minute then usual call to my bank cost (as i posted before - my bank call me if any problem - not me)
