Well, I can only tell you that these were three attorneys sitting around (waiting for the Judge) and they were sharing some of their "favorite" cases.
This story was the one that shocked me and depressed me.
The other two were pretty boring:
One of the (boring two) had to do with a shooting victim who was shot dead while sitting in an armless chair. He was sitting upright, dead in the chair with a hat on and a cigar still in his mouth and one of the Defendant's defense claims was "self defense."
They all thought it was so funny because why would you be defending yourself (with lethal force) from a guy sitting in a chair smoking a cigar?
The other boring story was a retarded woman in a hospital claimed that a male employee of her "home" fondled her. The attorney was saying that it was definitely going to go to trial because both the "victim" and the "defendant" were very credible, believable witnesses with no prior history of any similar trouble.
