I would have to look at your account Fletch. Since we did all of these about 7 months ago, truthfully.. I have forgot how we came up with the actual rebills lost. I was shown by an affiliate that proved to me this was actually happening back when the shit hit the fan.
I do know that once rebills were turned back on, if you had a surfer who was still a member, your rebills kicked back in. I also know it was just one month that the rebills were off. It should be pretty easy to see once I get in there and look.
If you want... hit me up on icq and we can go through your account together and find out if you lost any rebills and get this made right if you did.
I dont have your account info or I would do it myself and let you verify things.

I see what you are saying Rich, but i know we can get this to the exact number of rebills lost. I know we did with Rowan above... he lost 9.
