i think if i were in this position i would hold the company responsible for my avg amount of rebills i would have made durring the period .... anyone sending a good amount of joins has a very good idea of future earnings at any point.
if my avg were say 50 rebills per month over the previous 6mo, i would assume the same for the period they were off.
do you guys know the exact period or timeframe they were turned off? has it been established?
