CCBill says: "These alternative billing methods are by nature, riskier and less reliable in terms of payouts than credit card transactions (on average a 20-30% uncollectible rate can be expected on all phone billing options)."
So if you use phone billing, do you just accept that 20-30% loss as part of doing business? I really want to use phone billing, but the idea of 20-30% of my members getting complete access to my site for free just really bothers me.
