Roger, this is not about YOU or PornKings.
You have a job to do, you choose to take on a partner who has a lot of negative baggage. I am sure you knew this before you made a deal.
Knowing you as the tough businessman you are, I am sure you used this to your advantage and got a steal with perfections cash. I am sure you knew you would have to deal with this kind of heat.
There is no reason to insult others who you have no beef with. You made a investment in a crap property - you saw potential there and maybe it will pay off - but you should not attack people who have been burned in the past by your new partner.
Everything comes down to risk reward. You took a risk when partnering with a huge scammer. Time will tell if the reward is worth it.
