You're correct - that file shouldn't be deleted. Back in the ol' days, Windows only
allowed 8 letters in the file name, eg. virusxxx.txt - but since Windows 98, file
names could be longer, including spaces. That file they are asking you to delete is
the .exe file that reads the longer file names - not critical to your computer's
performance, but damned annoying if it's gone. If you delete the file, you can easily
pop it back into the windows directory.
