In the case of Germany & Austria there is about a 22-30% CC penetration. The solution I see most used is Direct Debit. I would say Direct Debit accounts for around 60+% of all transactions for
SEXMoney.com in these countries.
With that said, this traffic converts very well if you have the means to convert it.
A few things to keep in mind...
#1 You need to have the site in the native language of the surfer
#2 You will have to have the correct billing in place
