A "haiduc" is a guy similar to Robin Hood (stealing from the rich and giving 10% to the poors :D). "Haiducii" is the plural, it means a bunch of angry guys looking to steal some money.
The girl has a cover of the song "Dragostea din tei" which was originaly composed and played by O-zone. O-zone are now in many charts across Europe with this song.
Practically she's a nobody and a ripoff.
