Yeah, Link Up Pro can do it, but I bet any other submitter that allows for cutom sites can, too.
BUT, I can tell you from personal experience, that LinkLists generally are very ANTI Auto Submits. I got blacklisted on some good sites a couple years ago for using Link Up Pro... sucks.
