yeh it's a valid point. In my 10 yrs working online I have done tons of 6 and 7 fig. deals with alot of the big companies out there, never once had a contract either, never.
All I am trying to say is that it's allways better in my opinion to try and resolve this offline first, call, email, etc. then if that doesn't work out, well it's time to get pissed I suppose
