Gallery Submitter homepage.
They've already got the lists for you and everything. You can submit to the top 100 tgps with 'assisted submissions' then submit to 300+ other TGPs with autosubmit.
They have thumbs support, and you can even schedule your submissions days, weeks, or hell months ahead of time!
