Basically, the way my attorney and I now understand it:
To display any graphic / sexually explicit images whether they are on your server or elsewhere, say... a sponsor's server (and you are merely hotlinking), you are still a secondary producer and therefore need to comply.
The hotlinking falls under the contract / agreement / conspiracy clause.

Yes, ofcourse that tgps need to comply, this is already understood.
I dont think a tgp like madthumbs will trust submiters to hotlink from them....
my question is how are they going to comply....
