A. I mentioned high traffic general sites. I'm not talking about 50k TGP's here with strictly niche traffic.. I'm talking about 200k plus, no skim, etc. The actual CTR is based on the template, linking placement, etc. If you have that down to a science, getting high CTR's shouldn't be a problem.

B. Again... If a person has been doing this long enough or starts off in the submission biz with a knowledge based on outsider research, they'll be able to make the connections and build up that traffic within a matter of months. I'm realizing that the conversion shock is based on the majority of people having the same belief as you.
