Maybe if it's a Red Lobster lobster. Those lobsters have the texture of rubber...But a fresh lobster fresh out of the water in Maine? I don't know. I'd at least try it.
But it's true, the smaller lobsters have the best flavor....Some of the best lobster I've ever eaten were the small Caribbean lobsters...Ummmm Ummmmm
