Definitely protected. I mean look, obscenity is one thing...you make a puppet skit that is simulated underage, and it is protected by the same ruling as the 3d anim...but that does not mean that the "community" does not find it offensive and therefore obscene.
It's a fine line.
I mean what about a monster puppet banging a girl puppet? beastiality? I don't think so...but some may find it obscene. That's the problem with the current administration and how it is stomping all over our beloved constitution.
They stopped Joe camel in his tracks on the idea that he was appealing to kids...whos to say the same isn't true about my porn puppets?
