Pardon me for saying so, but isn't this an example of what a terrorist does? Murderers at least choose a victim or victims, do the deed, and be done. Serial killers prey upon a specific type. Random acts of car bombings, building bombings, etc. are not meant (usually) to get the attention of just one or two people. They are meant to get the attention of the entire area, perhaps even, like in this case, the attention of the entire world. By doing this, they strike terror in the minds of those affected, either directly or indirectly. That's what terrorism is.
Was the Oklahoma City Bomber a terrorist? YES.
Were the snipers of Maryland/D.C. area terrorists? I believe so.
I feel sorry for those people affected by the bombing in Prague. But I don't think it was just a "criminal act" that should be taken care of as one. And I hope it doesn't happen again.
