Who cares what we think? If you like/love her then that is what matters.
If she thinks her nose should be different and it would make her feel better about herself...then let her get a nose job.
IMO she looks fine....... but women are funny and even if we think they are fine, they still won't.
Help her to feel better about herself within..... and that will help how she feels on the outside.....
