That area of land is under a hectare with some construction on it homes don't cost much to build - tho depends on the final finishing and it ya want gold taps/fittings.

Seriously.. there are loads of nice places around in nice locations/environments - I can think of a few, but they don't cost $750K when local labor is from $100 - $400 month.
