I was also looking for a good person to do SEO work for me, but i stopped looking, most of the ones that i spoke with were either air heads, dipshits, or just "thought" they knew something about SEO. It is a good amount of money being spent to get it done, so picking the perfect person is number 1 priority.

AaronM: Many may read this and think you are being an asshole, but when it comes to hiring SEO person, you HAVE to be PICKY!
