Hey, thanks everyone for your help. I've been gone most of the day since my last post, so wasn't able to check until now. I might give NO2 a shot for a month and see what happens. From what I've read, if it's going to work then you'll see *some* effects in that first month. It's worth the $60 to see what happens. If nothing, then I'll stick with Creatine and diet.
I've had my workouts analyzed, and I was burning over 5,000 calories per day when I was training hard...I couldn't even consume enough food it seemed...even had to eat *while* working on the heavy bag.
I should have mentioned I don't want to be bodybuilder big...just add some more lean muscle mass, increase muscular endurance, and explosive-speed power.
