So, I have trust issues with dentists...I don't trust that they'll make sure I'm numb before they start working on me....it's all about control.

That happened to me too
Except there was NO doubt that I wasnt numb because as soon as the grinder hit the tooth I burst into a streaming sweat and couldnt hold back yelling.. the freaking assistant almost burst into tears in empathy.. She just grabbed my head and was hugging it until I could see straight again...
fuck that was a horrible experience..
