If i were you, i'd hold off on the m1t until you have done A LOT of research on the subject. it's not something you want to fuck around with. it WILL cause gyno if you do not do a proper PCT. stick with creatine, no2, glutamine, multi's etc. after you have done a lot of research on nutrition and prohormones, maybe try something like 1-ad... then maybe do something like m1t. don't even consider this if you are not over the age of 21.

evidence exists (from the bodybuilding community) that Methyl-1-Tesosterone is powerful and yields gains similar to a reasonable dosage of illegal steroids.

M1T is not a prohormone. It is a real steroid and it's only legal because it is currently not on the list of controlled substances. It's very strong and very damaging to the system and I don't think it should be mentioned in the same thread about NO2 (it's like comparing a WRX to a Diablo).
NO2 isn't really that great. There was a study published recently that showed it didn't do much in terms of overall performance. It just helped people gain some marginal strength in their 1RM.
