Another thing I should add, his sister, who is my best friend has "issues" as well, but not as much as him. I know she used to have an eating disorder or if not an eating disorder at least serious issues with eating. And she also has that "body dismorphic" thing, she asks me 10,000 times if she is fat or thin, and she's so unhappy with herself even though she is gorgeous.
She spent over 1k to get her skin lasered while there is nothing wrong with her skin at all!!
Plus she has intimacy issues. She is 27 and I've known her since high school and she has never had a boyfriend either. She has intimacy issues as well.
