there is so much information on Dr. Lin's site that it's impossible to know how much is complete bullshit and what may have some validity.
i am 100% sure if you showed that website to a board certified urologist he'd say that Lin is a complete quack.
your friends most definitely has some depression, unless he's hearing voices and experiecing disassociation he doesn't have schizophrenia.
looks to me like he has a garden variety of mental problems.
that he was a virgin until 24 is one clue, the extreme weight lifting also - bet he has some body dysmorphia issues and intimacy issues which kept him a virgin until he was 24.
he also has hypochondria, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and probably anxierty disorder - those four things all go together - different sides of the same coin.
like i said he's grasping at straws from Dr. Lin whose giving him the information he wants and needs to believe. Breaking him of this thinking is going to be extremely hard.
