The only reason why this won't become a real drama is because I just lost $10. However, I want to warn other people who might have planned to invest more.
I ordered some advertising for my site
http://www.men-in-pantyhose.com from pantyhosecrawler.com on July 10. I paid by StormPay on the same day which was confirmed by email. I emailed pantyhosecrawler.com four times asking to activate my link but never got a reply and my link is still marked as "not active".
And: no, I will not risk my reputation and charge back $10.
