Yeah it's a fake.
First thing that gives it away is when the guy talks while his head is meant to be up there. It doesn't sound muffled at all.
The second giveaway is in the final couple of frames during the fade out.
Go through it frame by frame. When his head comes out, his hand can be seen grabbing her "thigh" (the one furthest from the camera).
No thigh can be squished and wrinkled like that. Looks very much like a stocking filled with wool or something.
