The problem is very easily solved.
1. Buy from professionals who have a track record.
2. Do not buy on price, BUY ON SERVICE.
3. Don't make the margins so slim we can't provide a decent service.
4. Buy on quality of image not price per image.
5. Don't expect a good pornographer to be an ace programmer.
The content market has slowly been shoved down ovwer the last two years, for some it's so bad they are giving up and walking away. So there is only one thing left to say.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
Sorry if that's too brutal but with prices going down, you can't expect service and quality to rise.
