Just wanted to add one more thing..even if you did end up in a long term relationship with her...what do you think will happen when she turns 18 or 21? When she realizes she has her whole life ahead of her...and a boyfriend who is almost 30. Girls who settle down young usually get wild later on, and you could have a really bad time either dealing with her crap, or breaking up.
I think just the fact that you didn't just hit it and asked for opinions shows that you are responsible enough to make the right decision, both for yourself and for her.
