Wether its "right or wrong" is a moot issue. There is, and never will be an absolute answer to that question. According to nature, it's probably "right"... but we as humans love to buck our own natural tendencies. (wear clothes, shave, hide sexuality, list goes on.)
The better question is, will people percieve it as right or wrong.
Answer is yes, they will think its wrong and chastize him.
Therefore, I say, he stay himself out of trouble and wait a few years. 18 is pretty much the safe age level. (and really, probably better off for the guy anyways to wait for her to mature even more).
