People where wondering on Oxcash downtime etc heres some news from there site:
Josh and I are continuing to monitor our system personally, 24-7. I know that we have not been available, and we will continue to be unavailable until this upgrade is finished. We will receive our last piece of equipment on Saturday morning. We naturally don't want any downtime between now and then and that is why we are focused on monitoring the system every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day.
I apologize to those of you who feel like you are not getting your questions answered. However, we are fully aware of all issues. In fact, we are aware of them before anyone else is and you are not able to reach us because we are working to solve these issues.
To break everything down there are two issues at play. The first one is our upgrade. We required a special system setup with very particular equipment...some of which took several weeks to arrive. To ensure the smallest downtime, Josh and I have worked 24-7 to keep everything patched and up until all equipment arrived.
The second issue is iBill. The issues with iBill are industry wide issues that affect every single program that uses them. Unlike other programs, we offer you the ability to switch to ccbill on the fly. So, if my explanations of what is going on with them do not relieve unrest, you can always switch. Cherie and I speak with them every single day to make sure that all will be fine with them. I have said it many times, they have a problem with the stats server that you, and I, check our revenue on. That means that there are potentially reporting errors on every part of it...including signup stats and rebill stats. However, they are fixing this and have made much progress. If you check your stats at the iBill CMI you will see that some of the issues are fixed, and soon all of them will be.
