public beach issues :

so it's all fine in relation to being a public area.. and if you take your clothes of there you really can't fucking whinge about photos being taken...

i'd just like to know if i could hold copyright of the photos.. i mean people might not want to buy them without consent forms proving age and whatnot.. but i'd like to be able to nail people stealing them off me...
