The key with Ice Wines is proper food pairing. It's great with a summer fruit ice/sorbet. I'd stay away from anything too heavy like a chocolate dessert. It needs to be very, very cold and served in a sherry glass in a 2 oz portion, and sipped like a liqueur. Enjoy!

Finally some good advice! j/k Thanks though! That is good to know! I was seeing how small the bottles were and thinking "how am I gonna buy enough to feed everyone?" But if you do smaller portions, then that makes more sense.
