Don't laugh, it had a lot more to do than you think. People open your eyes, look beyond the sugar coating.
1. Okay so no WMD's yet. Every country in the UN agreed Sadaam was trying to aquire them, it wasn't just the "Bush agenda". We need to give the internation force looking for the WMD more time before we jump to conclusions.
2. Ties to Bin Laden, well nothing direct. But have you ever heard the phrase, "Your enemies-enemies is your closest ally." Do you think Sadaam or his sons would have blinked an eye to give material aide to these terrorists. All with keeping their hands clean of course.
3. Ask the 100,000 of women, children, and men who died for no reason under Sadaam, "Do you think we should have done something?". Is this justification? No, there are tons of other countries violating human rights. How many people did we just give a new brighter future to? I salute every single soldier who is wearing the uniform of our Country.
Do I think it was right to go into Iraq, hell yes! It should have been done 10 years ago. But no one wanted to handle the "after effects" of Iraq. So we just let it get worse.
