90% of people are not compliant now as it currently is written. Even after the fines and the jail times were increased.
Now people are running around like a comet is about to hit the planet because a few things got changed. Read the law, its not that disturbing.

Exactly what I think. Not mention the majority of us aren't large enough to grab attention from the law either.
